We access AI platforms including OpenAI and Anthropic through their enterprise APIs. Under these agreements, data submitted through API calls is not used to train external models. When we build systems for your business, your data stays within your business environment and is not retained by the AI platform beyond completing the request.
Some clients choose to use free-tier consumer products such as ChatGPT Free, Claude.ai Free, or similar tools independently of their ProsperityFi engagement. These consumer products operate under different terms than enterprise APIs. Free-tier usage may be subject to data retention and model training policies set by the platform provider. ProsperityFi is not responsible for data handling by third-party consumer AI tools used outside of a ProsperityFi-built system. We recommend reviewing the terms of service for any consumer AI tool before entering sensitive business information.
