01 Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using any services offered by ProsperityFi ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), including our website at https://prosperityfi.com, attending our events, or engaging with our consulting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, clients, event attendees, and others who access or use our services.

02 Description of Services

ProsperityFi provides business consulting, operational efficiency advisory, private roundtable events, and related services for service-based business owners. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Private executive roundtable events
• Operational efficiency audits and consulting
• Systems implementation and business process design
• Post-event action summaries and follow-up sessions
• Educational content, resources, and workshops

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with or without notice.

03 Event Registration & Attendance

Submission of an RSVP or registration form does not guarantee a seat at any ProsperityFi event. All registrations are subject to review and confirmation by ProsperityFi at its sole discretion.

• Confirmation: You will receive a personal confirmation within 48 hours of submission. A seat is only reserved upon receipt of explicit written confirmation from ProsperityFi.
• Cancellations: If you need to cancel your confirmed attendance, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance at hello@prosperityfi.com.
• No-shows: Failure to attend a confirmed event without prior notice may affect eligibility for future events.
• Conduct: Attendees are expected to conduct themselves professionally. ProsperityFi reserves the right to remove any attendee whose behavior is disruptive or inappropriate.
• Confidentiality: Information shared by fellow attendees during roundtable events is confidential and must not be disclosed outside the event without express consent.

04 Intellectual Property

All content, materials, frameworks, methodologies, and resources provided by ProsperityFi — including but not limited to event presentations, audits, action summaries, and website content — are the exclusive intellectual property of ProsperityFi.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials without express written permission.
• Materials provided at events are for your personal business use only and may not be resold or sublicensed.
• ProsperityFi's name, logo, and branding may not be used without prior written consent.

05 Payment & Fees

Some ProsperityFi services, events, or consulting engagements may require payment. Where fees apply:

• All fees will be communicated clearly prior to any financial commitment being required.
• Payment terms will be outlined in a separate agreement or invoice.
• Refund eligibility will be outlined at the time of purchase.
• ProsperityFi reserves the right to update pricing at any time. Changes will not affect confirmed engagements already paid for.

06 Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ProsperityFi makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Guarantees of specific business results or outcomes from implementing our recommendations
• Warranties of accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content or advice
• Warranties that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free

Results shared on our website reflect typical client outcomes and are not a guarantee of your individual results, which will vary based on your specific business, industry, and implementation.

07 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ProsperityFi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, attendance at our events, or reliance on our advice or materials.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to ProsperityFi in the three months preceding the claim.

08 Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

09 Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Floriday, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pinellas, County.

ProsperityFi reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. We will indicate the date of the most recent update at the top of this page. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
